Stylecon Custom Home is about much more than building a luxury home that stands the test of time. A good home creates spaces that help you get the most out of life. From the design and build, to long after we hand over your keys, your Stylecon experience is something we want to share right here.
Building Services
At its heart, Stylecon is a family business. Since 1990, we’ve been family owned and run, building beautiful homes for other families across Canberra and the ACT. While design and style are immensely critical to us at Stylecon, our most important consideration is always about functionality. It has to fit the needs of you and your family for now and in the years to come. That’s why we only ever commit to building a limited number of homes.

Every home is backed by owner, Patrick Cunningham who remains at the helm of daily operations and will always challenge what it means to build the best. This sets the foundation for strong management, highly experienced and talented teams to ensure Stylecon continuously upholds exceptional levels of service, design and craftsmanship.
At this first consultation meeting we want you to share with us the ideas and aspirations you have for your new luxury home. Bring along any project scrapbooks you have compiled, as well as inspirational magazine pictures you’ve collected, ideas you’ve seen in our luxury display homes and any rough plans you may have sketched out. Tell us how you want to live in your new home, whether you love to entertain, whether your family is big or small, whether you’d love a pool or hate the thought of too much garden
This is one of the steps clients find the most exciting because they can really start to visualise what their new luxury home will look like. As part of our design service, we’ll present you with a 3D elevation that helps you see your new home from all angles. We’ll also present a budget estimate at this point.
Once we’ve completed any necessary demolition works, the meticulous task of building your new luxury home begins. Throughout the project your builder will meet regularly with you so that you are kept informed of progress. It’s important to note that by this stage of the project, changes can only be made by signing off on a written variation. During construction you will be asked for progress payments as per the contract.
